Do you or your employees need a proctored testing center to fulfill professional or business requirements? New America College (NAC) is not only a leading ELA facility in Denver, Colorado, but we are also a member of the National College Testing Association (NCTA). Our testing center is located on our campus in the Glendale neighborhood, just outside of Cherry Creek and not far from Downtown Denver.
Convenient.
Taking an exam for a business or professional certification or licensing can be time intensive and stressful. NAC works to make the examination as simple as possible: both getting here and in the classroom. We offer flexible testing hours – morning, afternoon and evening – to accommodate busy lives and work schedules. While our facility offers free parking we are also conveniently located at the intersection of S. Monaco Parkway and Leetsdale Drive on the RTD 63 and 85 lines.
Our testing environments are relaxed and quiet spaces. We offer small group or private rooms to accommodate those looking for more privacy. To list a few of those who have taken advantage of our space, NAC’s testing center has hosted numerous members of the Coast Guard seeking to complete FCC requirements, municipal city employees and electronic technicians. (We are an official testing center for the Electronic Technicians Association, ETA International.) NAC also proctors exams for students who need tests and assessments for other educational institutions. These include proctoring services for Distance Learning and make-up Tests.
Professional Partnerships.
New America College recently established a partnership with Castle Worldwide, which is responsible for administering professional certification and licensing examinations for a wide variety of professional associations and government agencies. Many of the examinations are related to healthcare, business, safety professionals, design, and engineering. FAQs:
Schedule: We prefer 7 days notice when scheduling exams, but can generally accommodate with a 24-hour notice. Testing services are offered Monday through Saturday.
Cost: Our proctoring rates are $30.00 per hour for tests Monday – Friday; $50.00 per hour for tests on Saturdays. Proctoring fees are due when you schedule your assessment and are not refundable.
Parking: Our facility offers plenty of free parking. We are also on the RTD 63 and 85 bus lines.
Other Costs: Proctoring rates do not include the cost of the test, mailing or any other applicable fees. If exams/results are required to be returned via the US Postal Service, packing postage and handling must be provided.
