NAC Data Time!

We say this a lot, but we really love our NAC community! In this blog we will share some data about our fabulous students, along with some of the activities from the first half of 2024.

Students: Where are they from?

In Fiscal Year 2023-2024 NAC served over 464 individuals from more than 50 countries! Diversity is strength and we love ours. Check out the map below for a great visual!

Earth Day Activities

NAC students participated in a outdoor scavenger hunt for Earth Day. We also decorated plant pots. Activities like this are not only great community builders, but give our students the opportunity to practice their English in a social setting outside of the classroom.

How Many Hours?!

In NAC’s Fiscal Year 2022-2023 our students completed 141,048 hours of English education. In Fiscal Year 2023-2024 that number jumped to 171,048! The impact NAC – and our students – have on the local and global communities gets stronger every year.

Food Festivals

It is no secret that here at NAC we love food! We’ve celebrated National Cereal Day; celebrated our new logo with 27 LARGE pizzas and 192 cupcakes for 200 students and 18 staff; we bring in food for birthdays and baby showers and just because. But several times a year we also hold intentional food festivals. Earlier this month our day and evening students each brought food in to share. It is so much fun learning about the different cultures represented in the NAC community!
